Surenyants depicted Salome on the left side of the canvas, against the background of a dark brown door, leaving a space with greenish, bluish shades in the other empty part of the canvas. The romantic manifestation of the character of the heroine emerges from the vibrating curves of ornaments, red, black, brown brushstrokes, the normal gray color of the canvas creates a luxurious color environment, restless musical balance. The charm of the image is due to the hidden geometry, which is made up of the game of curves, which creates a rhythm to affect the viewer. The curves are noticeable in the shapes of the face, cloak, and hat, which give Salome a unique grace. The curves of the shoulders, the hat and the oval of the face echo the curved lines of her clothes and introduce delicacy and softness into the image.
